The subject of the procurement is the provision of a financial transaction processing (acquiring) service related to the electronic ticket system, based on cEMV-based, bank card-linked travel rights, planned to be introduced by BKK. Within the framework of this public procurement procedure, BKK wishes to acquire a financial transaction processor who is able to fully perform the bank card acceptance and processing tasks related to the e-ticket system service for both retail-type, transit-type (and associated debt recovery transactions), and VPOS-type transactions. The service includes the processing and settlement of bank card payments, as well as the management of related financial processes. The task of the financial transaction processor is to safely and continuously manage bank card payments in the e-ticket system, as well as to ensure that they are settled in accordance with international card company rules.
