Processing financial transactions for cEMV e-tickets The subject of the purchase is the financial transaction processor (acquiring) planned to be introduced by the BKK, based on cEMV, based on travel rights linked to a bank card, connected to the electronic ticket system provision of service. In the framework of this public procurement procedure, the BKK wishes to acquire a financial transaction processor who can fully perform the bank card acceptance and processing tasks related to the e-ticket system service in both with regard to retail type, transit type (and associated debt recovery transactions), and VPOS type transactions. The service includes the processing and settlement of bank card payments, as well as the related financial processes treatment. The task of the financial transaction processor is to securely and continuously manage bank card payments in the e-ticket system, as well as to ensure that they are settled in accordance with international card company rules. The role includes among other things, the management of payment authorization requests, the forwarding of transactions to financial actors, and the support of related financial accounting and reporting processes. It is based on the so-called "Pay As You Go" (PAYG) for ad hoc products in view of the peculiarities of operation, BKK wishes to use a payment and settlement model that supports aggregated, delayed and sometimes merchant-initiated payments related to travel events...
