The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to make complete project documentation, including the list of construction work, supplies and services with a bill of basis and the implementation of engineering activities for the event "LO Central Bohemia - Reconstruction for the Cadastral Office" at the building at the post office no. 2079, Benešov:

Construction work will mainly concern changes in the deployment of non -load -bearing partition walls or the creation of new door openings and further walling of several windows in the 1st floor. In the 1st floor by demolishing the partition walls formed larger spaces for public contact - Hala, mail room, information (includinginterior equipment) as well as premises for storing documentation funds. On each floor there will be newly created 1 or 2 kitchens (including interior equipment - kitchen) and on the 2nd floor will be built washrooms. In the 2nd and 3rd NP and on 1 PP, only minimal construction work will occur. Inputwithin the 1st PP will be provided by the installation of grilles.incoherent plasters, especially in the basement areas where other measures will be taken to prevent moisture and dehumidification (active ventilation). The interior doors will also be replaced and the main entrance doors will be replaced incl. the whole glazed facade andThe glazed shelter in the lobby in connection with the layout will be made changes in the sewerage, water supply, Tue and wiring distribution systems (including new lighting). Data wiring and possible relocation of the server room (including room cooling), new EZS (or EPS)and intercom.
The current roofing will be removed. The wooden underlay will be checked and partially replaced if necessary.
