The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract with an adapted procedure relating to methodological support, animation, support for experimentation, capitalization and production of communication deliverables for the Support project transformations in the organization of work to secure the quality of life at work and continued employment in the Bas-Rhin supported by the House of Employment and Training in the Strasbourg employment area, over the period 2026-2027. The project is part of the national FSE+ Employment - Inclusion - Youth - Skills Program, priority 4, specific objective 4.d, and aims to support companies in Bas-Rhin in preventing professional wear and tear, improving QVCT, adaptation work organizations and job retention, particularly for seniors and vulnerable employees.
