5.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a task called: Process optimization of the processing of biodegradable waste with the production of electricity (dry fermentation). 5.2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform a complete pre-investment study of a conceptual, programmatic, analytical and environmental nature, the aim of which is to prepare the Waste Disposal Plant in Ranno for the implementation of a dry bio-waste fermentation installation with energy production electricity.5.3. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) develop a technological concept for the dry fermentation installation, including: a) technical (initial) concept containing a list of key technical parameters and functional for each variant, in particular: designed installation capacity, expected production of biogas and electricity, energy demand of the installation and preliminary estimates of area and volume, 2 copies in paper version and 1 copies in electronic version (pdf and doc), b) technical concept (final) constituting an extension of the technical and technological details of the agreement...
