The Tax Authorities have an existing agreement (Uipath) for its current Process Mining Capability (PMC), which customs also use. This agreement is coming to an end and has some restrictions in functionality due to the unpremedated nature. Customs therefore needs a cloud Solution for Process Mining. This is, and will not be available in the short term, within the Ivorganization of the Tax Authorities and so it becomes specific to customs acquired.
