Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to determine the conditions regarding the award and implementation of public contracts for the successive provision of delivery, assembly and dismantling services of scaffolding to the Ordering Party (hereinafter: Subject Matter of the Agreement) at the Thermal Transformation Plant Waste in Krakow.2. The Ordering Party will order scaffolding assembly services in accordance with actual needs. The scope of work specified in the procedure documentation is an estimate and is intended only to estimate the value of the order and prepare an offer. The Ordering Party stipulates that it is not obliged to order the full estimated scope of work, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.3. The framework agreement will be concluded with one Contractor. The contract will be implemented on the basis of orders implementing documents, submitted successively by the Ordering Party, in accordance with its current needs. Each executive order will specify the scope of scaffolding/scaffolding assembly services, the place of their execution and the deadline for completion.4. Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ and the unit price form, and the method of implementation is included in the draft provisions...
