Tender Details

The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement for construction works consisting in the replacement of window joinery in the facility of the Academy of Justice in Zakopane. As part of the executive agreements, the Ordering Party will commission the performance of construction works consisting in replacement of window joinery. The ordering party plans to replace window joinery in a maximum of 6 rooms as part of individual construction contracts. Individual construction works will be commissioned by the Ordering Party on the basis of executive orders, in accordance with the rules and the method of awarding executive orders specified in the framework agreement. The order will be fulfilled for the benefit of Akademia Wymiaru Sprawiedliwoci. Place of order fulfillment: Akademia Wymiaru Sprawiedliwoci ul. Ogrodowa 6 in Zakopane (34-500). Description of the item the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
