1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of ready-to-use DMT devices and software and equipment (Task 3) as part of the project "Equipping and adapting teaching facilities to increase admission limits for medical studies - UWM in Olsztyn" financed from the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 3. The purchase is carried out in accordance with the Agreement No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10 0006/25/KPO/1896/2025/229 regarding the implementation of the project titled "Equipping and adapting teaching facilities to increase admission limits for medical studies - University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn", financed from the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan under Investment D2.1.1 entitled "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with increasing admission limits for medical studies.
