The subject of the order includes in particular:

a) delivery of the license (up to 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, no later than January 29, 2026) and implementation of the System for Electronic Circulation Documents and Business Process Automation, hereinafter referred to as SEOD (until May 15, 2026) in the following functional areas and workflows:

• a dedicated register and circulation of 6 different invoice circulation processes,

• dedicated contract register,

• cost settlement of contracts,

• a dedicated register and circulation of two different demand request processes,

• dedicated register and circulation of 3 different processes for the circulation of purchase applications,

• cost settlement of purchase applications,

• a dedicated register and workflow 1 of the process of circulating external orders to suppliers,

• cost settlement of orders to suppliers,

• a dedicated register and two application processes initiation of public proceedings,

• planning holidays and circulation of leave applications and absences,
