Notice is hereby given that the Department of Public Works and Highways, Camarines Sur 2nd District Engineering Office Baras Canaman Cam. Sur will procure goods/supplies through SMALL VALUE mode of Procurement covered by PR NO16-01-002 dated: January 6, 2016.

1. Air Conditioner, Split Type w/inverter---2 units

Bid Quotation Forms are available at the Procurement Office from January 13-February 2, 2016 until 10:00 a.m.. The deadline for submission of the accomplished bid quotation forms will be on February 2, 2016 on or before 10:00 a.m. and shall be opened at 2:00 p.m. on the same date.

All particulars relative to this procurement shall be governed by this Section 53.9(Small Value) of the revised IRR of RA 9184.

Interested dealers/suppliers are required to submit during the opening of the bid the following documents.
1.Registration Certificate from DTI for sole Proprietor of Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for Cooperatives or any proof as stated in the Bid Data Sheets (BDS)
2.Current Mayor''s Permit issued by the City or Municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located.
3.Certificate of Registration from the Procurement Service Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Philgeps
4.Tax Clearance per EO 398 series of 2005.
