FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SOFTWARE/ACADEMIC SUBSCRIPTION FOR PLV ENGINEERING STUDENTS
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Maintenance & Operating Expenses PLV intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIxTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIx (PhP1, 065, 176.00) (BC# 47; Ref. No. 25-084) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 083-SOFTWARE-PLV-GOODS-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of software/academic subscription for PLV Engineering Students. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Subscription period is required within 12 months (Shall start after receipt of the Notice to Proceed) The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and not be subject to adjustment on any account..
