PROCUREMENT OF 27 UNITS RESCUE MOTORCYCLES FOR TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL MONITORING USE
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Disaster Response & Rescue Equip.-Local Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Fund intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND (PhP6, 318, 000.00) (BC# 66 Ref. No. 26-080) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 081-MOTORCYCLE-LDRRMF-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of 27 units Rescue Motorcycles for Traffic Management Personnel Monitoring use. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
