PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS PRINTED T-SHIRTS FOR ECCD FOR SY 2026-2027
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Supplies & Materials Expenses-Local School Board intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND (PhP4, 560, 000.00) (BC# 53 Ref. No. 26-071) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 073-TSHIRT-ECCD-LSB-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of various Printed T-Shirts for ECCD for SY 2026-2027. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
