PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS CHEMISTRY AND HEMATOLOGY REAGENTS FOR THE VALENZUELA CITY CLINICAL LABORATORY UNDER A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical, Dental & Lab. Supplies Exp.-City Health Office intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE (PhP4, 790, 573.00) (BC# 51; Ref. No. 26-068) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 070-CHEM-HEMA-REAGENTS-CHO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Chemistry and Hematology Reagents for the Valenzuela City Clinical Laboratory under a Framework Agreement. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
