PROCUREMENT OF 339 UNITS 55-INCH SMART TVs FOR THE NANAY TEACHER SHOWCASE (334 UNITS) AND READING AND MATH CAMP INCENTIVES (5 UNITS)
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Property, Plant & Equipment-Local School Board intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (PhP16, 543, 200.00) (BC# 50; Ref. No. 26-067) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 069-SMART TV-LSB-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of 339 Units 55-inch Smart TVs for the Nanay Teacher Showcase (334 Units) and Reading and Math Camp Incentives (5 Units). The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
