PROCUREMENT OF THREE (3) UNITS MOTOR VEHICLE FOR ANIMAL RESCUE UNIT AND CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICES
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Motor Vehicle 2025 Appropriations-City Mayor-s Officeintends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY (PhP3, 866, 730.00) (BC# 47 Ref. No. 26-059) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 063-MOTOR VEHICLE-MO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of Three (3) Units Motor Vehicle for Animal Rescue Unit and City Government Offices. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
