PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR THE VALENZUELA CITY CLINICAL LABORATORY
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical, Dental & Lab. Expenses-City Health Office intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE AND TWO TENTHS (PhP2, 449, 359.20) (BC# 42; Ref. No. 26-047) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 051-LAB SUPPLIES-CHO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Laboratory Supplies for the Valenzuela City Clinical Laboratory. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
