PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS OILS FOR VARIOUS VEHICLES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
FOR YR 2026
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Fuel, Oil & Lubricants-Motorpool Office intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX (PhP3, 331, 666.00) (BC# 28; Ref. No. 26-033) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 043-VARIOUS OILS-MOTORPOOL-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Oils for Various Vehicles under Framework Agreement for Yr 2026. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
