PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICINES FOR NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS PREVENTION AND CONTROL PROGRAM
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Drugs & Medicines Expenses-City Health Office intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (PhP4, 200, 000.00) (BC# 33; Ref. No. 26-040) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 042-ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS MEDS-CHO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of various medicines for National Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Program. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
