PROCUREMENT OF 3, 840 SETS OF STUDENT CHAIRS AND TABLES AND 96 SETS OF TEACHER CHAIRS AND TABLES FOR VARIOUS SCHOOLS IN VALENZUELA CITY
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Other Supplies & Materials Expenses-Local School Board intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (PhP13, 987, 200.00) (BC# 23; Ref. No. 26-030) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 035-FURNITURE-LSB-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of 3, 840 sets of student chairs and tables and 96 sets of teacher chairs and tables for various schools in Valenzuela City. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
