PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS OF CARDIAC MONITORS WITH ETC02 AND 1 UNIT OF VIDEO LARYNGOSCOPE (CART-BASED, WITH TITANIUM BLADES) FOR VCEH OPERATING ROOM
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical Equipment S.B. No. 2, 2024, LBP Loan, TL#65-General Services Office intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND (PhP2, 710, 000.00) (BC# 17; Ref. No. 26-021) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 034-MED EQPT-VCEH-GSO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Purchase of 3 units of Cardiac Monitors with EtCO₂ and 1 unit of Video Laryngoscope (Cart-Based, with Titanium Blades) for VCEH Operating Room. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
