PURCHASE OF TWO (2) UNITS ANESTHESIA MACHINES, ONE (1) UNIT CEILING MOUNTED OPERATING ROOM LIGHT (DUO TYPE), AND TWO (2) UNITS OF PORTABLE OPERATING ROOM LIGHTS FOR THE VCEH OPERATING ROOM
1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Medical Equipment S.B. No. 2, 2024, LBP Loan, TL#65-General Services Office intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (PhP11, 500, 000.00) (BC# 17; Ref. No. 26-023) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 033-MED EQPT-VCEH-GSO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the Purchase of Two (2) Units of Anesthesia Machines, One (1) Unit of Ceiling-Mounted Operating Room Light (Duo Type), and Two (2) Units of Portable Operating Room Lights for the VCEH Operating Room.
