1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Environment/Sanitary Services-City Health Office- Valenzuela City Emergency Hospital intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND (PhP3, 116, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 031-BIOMEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL-CHO-VCEH-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of Collection, Transportation, and Disposal Services for Biomedical Waste from Various Health Facilities and VCEH under framework agreement for yr 2026
