Description : Bid Documents will be available at the Sangguniang Barangay of Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City, to bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of PHP 500.00 (inclusive of eligibility documents) to the Brgy. Treasurer of the Pamahalaang Barangay ng Mapulang Lupa and may be downloaded at the PHIL-GEPS website.
Bidders/suppliers must be able to log in the Philippines Electronic Procurement System (Philgeps) wherein the name of the company will be reflected in the Document Request List of the Bid Notice Abstract of the Procuring Entity.
The Sangguniang Barangay Mapulang Lupa reserves the right to accept any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s and assume no responsibility whatsover to compensate or indemnify for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bids.
The Committe reserves the right to cancel or postpone the date of bidding upon prior notice to prospective bidder.
