This Agreement is entered into between the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture (MoMAA) and the Service Provider (Operator) for the purpose of designing, establishing, and operating advanced food testing laboratories within the National Agricultural Laboratories Center (NALC) facility, located in Hoorat Aali. The laboratories shall perform accredited microbiological and chemical analyses of food products in accordance with Gulf Standardization Organization (GSO) standards, as well as applicable national and international regulations, in order to support food safety and agricultural requirements within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Pursuant to this privatization framework, operational management and day-to-day activities shall be vested in the Operator. MoMAA shall retain its regulatory oversight and supervisory authority to safeguard the achievement of national food safety objectives and to ensure consumer protection., 38000000-5 - Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses)
