Procurement Plan for Private Sector Participation (phase-2)
Scope of Work (Brief Description): To meet KPC strategic objective of private sector participation in Petrochemical projects. Carry out market testing & soundings, Potential Partner evaluation, marketing and negotiation progression, finalization of partnership including company formation.
Development of a financial plan serving to ensure full financing for the Project, optimizing the financing risks and returns; work out overall economic impact to the profitability of the PSP towards KIPIC and the new company IPCO; ensure smooth and easy implementation plan through a simple and efficient ownership and governance structure in place.
