Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance and operational management for the following works: THE RENOVATION OF HALLS AND CONFERENCE BUILDINGS ON THE MULHOUSE EXHIBITION PARK SITE. The driving mission of operation of this contract is general and complete assistance of an administrative, financial and technical nature. The missions entrusted to the operation manager are divided into 2 phases: - Phase 1: Monitoring of the studies after notification of the winner of the project management contract. - Phase 2: Assistance during the work phase and acceptance of the work until the end of the perfect completion guarantee period. (including if this is postponed following the non-lifting of work reservations) For the whole of the phases constituting the mission, it includes assistance in the management of the project owner's renovation project, including: - Deadline management: development, monitoring and adaptation of the forecast schedule, - Project reviews: point stages, validation points, - Cost management: development, monitoring and adaptation of the forecast envelope.
