Overview of the scope of work: The project consists of replacing seven heat pumps in the businesses of the Guy-Favreau Complex (Dentiste, Photoflash, Herbes de Chine, Coiffeur, IdentoGO, Biron and Delizia) as a priority. These units operate on R22 refrigerant and most are defective or non-functional. It will be necessary to relocate the dentistry heat pump since it is located above an examination chair, therefore not easily accessible for maintenance. Upgrading of heat pumps may be required for their installation (water supply, connection to the drain, seismic compliance, etc.). The Herbe de Chine commercial heat pump is very possibly oversized and its capacity will have to be re-evaluated, as well. that the connection to the drain which does not seem to be compliant. The replacement of these heat pumps may also be the subject of a subsidy request, to be carried out by the consultant. New heat pumps operating on R32 are preferred. It's necessary consider models from the ClimateMaster brand running on R454b, a heat pump model with a format and configuration roughly similar to existing heat pumps.
