Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Planning and Building (PBE) is planning a procurement of a software system for quality management. The objective of the procurement PBE digitalises and automates processes in the company, c.f. Oslo municipality ́s and the department ́s own strategies and objectives. As a part of this work, quality management software shall be replaced from an on-premise based service to a cloud based SaaS service. Further information on the procurement The procurement will be a procurement in accordance with PPR part I + III. The used procedure will be a restricted tender contest. The aim of this prior information notice is to notify the market of the pending procurement with notice during the first quarter of 2026. Market surveys: Would like input The contracting authority is conducting market surveys on climate and the environment for the procurement and therefore requests feedback from relevant actors about: * Climate change due to production of SaaS services * Degree of environmental and climate focus on the market for production of SaaS services * Proposals for relevant climate and environmental requirements in a procurement of SaaS services Input can be sent to the stated gender neutral preferred by email. Please note that Oslo municipality will use the implementation tool Artifik for the execution of the procurement.
