The Regions (henceforth the Contracting authority) intend to conduct an EU tender for the procurement, implementation, maintenance and further development of a standard off-the-shelf computer aided dispatch system (CAD) for ambulances and other EMS resources as well as non-emergency patient transport. The tender is expected to be published in Q3 of 2026. Prior to launching the tender procedure, the contracting authority is conducting a market consultation to inform the preparation of the procurement, including the design of the requirements, the contractual set-up, the implementation approach, and the management of integration-related and security-related risks. For the purpose of said market consultation this prior information notice contains information on the proposed tender and participation in the market consultation.
