The Aspire Federation is looking for therapeutic support within our two special needs schools.



The therapeutic support serves as a cornerstone in fostering holistic development and well-being among our learners. Through a multidisciplinary approach, we prioritise the individual needs of each learners, tailoring interventions to promote their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth. The therapeutic support and recommendation are also embedded within everyday classroom practice and as such the support provided must work hand in hand with teaching and learning.



The therapeutic support team must be qualified and experienced professionals, including occupational therapists and speech-language therapists. The therapist must collaborate together, work closely with teachers, parents, and caregivers to create a nurturing environment conducive to learning and personal advancement.
