Tender Details

Printing, typesetting and delivery of publications and maps in the field of bicycle tourism 1. Printing publications on bicycle tourism. The subject of the order is the printing and composition of bicycle guides, printing of bicycle maps and their delivery to the place indicated by Ordering Party. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. The subject of the contract under the option will be implemented on the terms specified in the contract template, in particular in § 2. 2. The terms and conditions of the order are included in the designed ones provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) constitutes: Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and it will be introduced as Annex No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 4. The Ordering Party specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer the copyrights to the performed works to the Ordering Party, in accordance with agreement. 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship. 6.
