The CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE BOARD (CESB), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested printing services providers to submit quotations for the
procurement project described hereunder in accordance with Section 53 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise known as the Government
Procurement Act.
Name of Project: Printing and Delivery of Idea Book (1, 000 copies) and Conference Info Kit (800 copies)
Place of Delivery: CESB Office, No. 4 Marcelino St., Holy Spirit Drive, Quezon City
Delivery Date: Strictly on or before 17 November 2017
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php120, 000.00 (Idea Book); Php80, 000.00 (Info Kit)

2. Proof of PhilGEPS Registration
3. Price Quotation
4. SEC/DTI Registration
