THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.PURPOSE. The Department of Administration requests proposals to provide printing services for the Office of Higher Education (OHE), including printed publications, brochures and related printed materials. Orders will be placed by OHE on an as-needed basis and the order quantities may vary.CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to run from August, 2026 through July, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State.
