Description : The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) invites firms to submit a Proposal for the following: The provision of printing service for the WCB which will include offset printing, large format printing, and bindery services, all on an "as-needed" basis. The WCB will require the Contractor to provide all aspects of collateral material printing to deliver the Services, including offset printing, large format printing and bindery. The Contractor will provide the WCB with electronic proofs and hard copy upon request, quick turn-around times on the Services (normally within 2-4 business days), full bleed capability, full colour, multiple paper options for the following types of printing jobs: a) Tri-fold brochures; b) Saddle stitch and coil bound booklets; c) Post cards; d) Corporate folders; e) Posters; and f) Stickers. The Services shall normally be performed during Business Hours. However, the WCB may request some of the Services to be performed outside Business Hours from time to time, as deemed necessary, in the unfettered discretion of the WCB. The Contractor shall not be entitled to charge overtime rates unless specified in the Fee Schedule.
