Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy tenders invitation and sampling sets related to screening services, as well as sticker preliminary information forms used in screenings. Part one includes assembling the invitation sets to be sent to the client during colon cancer screening and mailing. In the product/service subject to procurement, the Supplier assembles an invitation set to be sent to the customer's home. The supplier will purchase the accessories included in the set themselves, excluding the sample container/sample tube, absorbent cloth and pre-printed sticker preliminary information form, which Fimlab delivers to the Supplier. The Supplier pays for the mailing of the invitation set to the customer. The subscriber pays the postage of the sample returned by the customer as a return shipment. The acquisition includes cervical cancer screening services as an option assembling and sending the related sampling set. In part two, the customer tenders the sticker preliminary information forms used in the screenings.
