The subject of the order is the provision of printing services for promotional and information materials using offset and digital techniques for the Silesian Museum in Katowice, along with their delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters at ul. T. Dobrowolskiego 1 in Katowice. The contractor will be there obliged to successively produce and deliver prints in the quantities specified in the implementation orders placed by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Moreover, the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the essential provisions of the contract - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Deadline for order completion: basic order and renewal of the order.1) The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract successively in the period: from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the basic order), provided that if the maximum amount constituting the price for the printing service in the above-mentioned deadline, reaches the amount referred to in section 6. 1 point 1) of the contract, the contract expires without the need to submit additional declarations by the Parties, unless the Ordering Party uses the renewal of the order in accordance with...
