Tender Details

This sources sought is to determine vendor capability to print italian fuel coupons on high density fluorescent paper. Printing will be on both sides and need to be bound by tape and each coupon needs to be perforated. As an anti-counterfeit protection, the coupons shall be have three (3) latent graphic images of the italy seal, dod seal and nato star visible when exposed to black light and when held to artificial light or sunlight. The nato star shall be printed with thermochromics ink. All coupons must have numismatic background, micro text and anti photocopy effect.
The size of the coupons must be 120mm x 72 mm
fuel coupons will be quality controlled at various stages both prior and during printing. Complete delivery of coupons must be received to naples, italy by 30 august 2018.
The fuel coupons are accountable items and are "cash equivalent" and are accountable items; therefore, it is recommended to have the coupons delivered in an armored truck. If there is another commercial standard practice to deliver sensitive, controlled items, please respond with the delivery method; i.e. Insurance or normal delivery with liquidated damages built in for lost/stolen controlled items.
