Timeline of Deliverables:

-c Prototype of the CGEC Modules

- Approved CGEC Modules will be submitted to the supplier on September 2020

- Supplier will submit the prototype of the said modules for review (i.e., contents, color, and material used) and for clearance of Division Chief/Bureau Director prior to mass production within five (5) working days from the date of receipt of the approved CGEC modules.

-c Approved Prototype

- The Bureau will submit the approved prototype to the supplier for mass production three to five (3-5) working days upon receipt of the prototype.

-c Printing of the Modules

- October 2020 (within 15 working days upon receipt of the approved prototype)
