1. Supply, installation and maintenance of Canon printing equipment 2. Printing and scanning software solution The CEB is launching this public call for tenders in order to select one or more service providers for the management of supply, installation and maintenance of Canon printing equipment (LOT 1), as well as the implementation of a printing and scanning software solution (LOT 2). This lot concerns the replacement of printing and Canon scanning reaching end of life. The Bidder must propose: - the supply of Canon hardware, fully interoperable with the software environment, - installation, configuration, commissioning and recovery of old ones materials, - preventive and corrective maintenance of the park, - the supply of consumables, - fleet supervision (via IWEMC or equivalent tool), - compatibility with existing MIFARE DESFire EV2 4K badge authentication mechanisms 13.56?MHz, - compatibility with the CEB's technical infrastructures (Active Directory, virtualization, PKI, network). - The proposed hardware must allow total continuity of service with the software tools in place and those that will be implemented place under lot 2.
