Printing of communication media in paper, large formats and POS
Purpose: The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to print and produce various municipal publications. In accordance with Article R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code, the contract entered into an adapted open procedure. The Purchase Order Framework Agreement Is Passed in application of Articles R.2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code. The services are divided into three lots: - Lot 1: Paper printing - Annual maximum threshold €65, 000 excluding tax - Lot 2: Large format printing - Annual maximum threshold 17, 000 €Excl. VAT - Lot 3: POS Printing - Maximum Annual Threshold €24, 000 Excl. VAT The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from its notification. The Framework Agreement Is Tacitly Renewed Until Its Term. The Number of Renewal Periods is Fixed at 1. The duration of the renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement, all periods combined, is 2 years.
