The Communications Department of the Department of Val-de-Marne wishes to entrust a service provider with the following services: - the printing on rotary machines of its communication documents on paper; - printing on offset machines sheets or digital of its communication documents on paper and special media; - printing, manufacturing, installation and removal of its supports to indicate construction sites and departmental equipment; - printing, manufacturing, the installation and removal of its supports allowing events to be reported as well as certain communication campaigns.
