Description : 1. The Numancia Integrated School, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 13, 230.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Printing of Certificate of Kindergarten & Grade 6 Graduates of NIS Elementary. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIS now invites bids for Printing of Certificate of Kindergarten & Grade 6 Graduates of NIS Elementary. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed within Seven (7) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. Bidding will be conducted as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
