The scope of the order includes the following activities: printing, distribution and packaging according to the attached distribution of white paper scrolls and answer sheets with a form, necessary for conducting the State Matriculation Examinations (SMEs) May - June session and August - September session during the academic year 2025 - 2026 and of national external assessment after IV grade, after VII grade and after x grade during the academic year 2025-2026, with the possibility of renewing the activities for the academic year 2026-2027. The specificity and requirements for the implementation of all activities falling under the scope of the public procurement are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the procurement - Appendix No. 1. The protected components of the exam set are printed in quantities according to the request submitted by the contracting authority. The specified in The technical specification of editions and quantities of pages/sheets in each set are indicative and include a 5 (five) % reserve for each school. The contracting authority reserves the right to specify the quantity of exam kits as well as the quantity pages / sheets in each set when submitting the request, including in case of renewal of the contract.
