• Billboard size: Width: 2m, Height: 1.2m X 2 slides
• Steel structure 25x25x1.2mm thickness + Zine 3mm

Eligible Vendors may submit their quotations in response to the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ)
quote can be submitted through:
• Hard Copy: Submit quotation with company cover letter signed, stamped, and delivered to Helen
Keller-s office, addressed to Mr. Hou Kroeun, Country Director. The office is at address #40, Street
348, Sangkat Toul Svay Prey 1, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
• All products must be supplied and installed on or before June 30, 2024, with completion
scheduled no later than October 30, 2024.
• Transportation costs are subjected to a 15% deduction of the Withholding Tax (WHT). In
the event that any supplier cannot issue the VAT invoice, please supply the price of the
Printed Billboard (inclusive of installation cost) and transportation fees separately.
