Numera Palvelut Oy (later Numera or Procurement Unit) requests your offer for the joint procurement of Printing and information services (Multifunction devices and related services) according to the tender documents. The procurement has not been divided into sub-units, but one supplier is selected, with whom Numera draws up mutual procurement contracts.: The competition is carried out through an open procedure. The selection criteria for the competition is the overall economic affordability and the comparison criteria [the best price-quality ratio]. More detailed information on the scoring and comparison criteria is presented in the section Criteria for the object of procurement in the request for tenders. If several bidders earn exactly the same number of points with their bid, the Procurement Unit will draw a winner. The lottery is an accepted method in the case law of the Procurement Act. Parallel offers, alternative offers are not accepted. The procurement contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years. After that, the contract will continue to be valid until further notice.
