Printing and graphic devices - leasing of multifunctional printing devices 1. Przedmiotem umowy jest usługa dzierżawy urządzeń drukujących wraz z systemem druku podążającego oraz kompleksowy serwis oferowanych w ramach dzierżawy zasobów sprzętowych i oprogramowania. A detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope as well as the method and requirements for the implementation of the subject of the order are determined by: 1) description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) The scope of the contractor's services resulting from the contract template is identical to his obligation included in the offer form. 2. The deadline for completing the basic order is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the amount allocated for it is exhausted implementation, depending on which event occurs first. If the option is exercised, the deadline for the implementation of the Agreement may be extended by a maximum period of 24 months. The total maximum period of implementation of the Agreement, including the basic order and implementation under option law, will not exceed 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the concluded contract in relation to the content of the selected offer to the extent regulated in the contract template constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 4.
