Tender Details

This consultation concerns the printing and distribution services of communication-event materials and stationery for the group of orders concluded between the commune of Les Herbiers, the Communauté de Communes du Pays des Herbiers and the CIAS of the Pays des Herbiers. The Ville des Herbiers is designated as coordinator of the group with the capacity of contracting authority. It is responsible, as such, for carrying out the entire competitive bidding procedure, designating the holders retained and to notify the markets for each member. Each member of the group will sign and execute their contract themselves, for their share. The description of the services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Specifications Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) of the 5 lots and the Unit Price schedules.
