INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kindergarten to Grade 3)
1) The Department of Education, Schools Division of Puerto Princesa City, through the FY 2026 GAA intends to apply the sum of Three Million Forty-Five Thousand Seventy-Six Pesos (Php 3, 045, 076.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kindergarten to Grade 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education, Schools Division of Puerto Princesa City now invites bids for Printing and Delivery of Reading Materials for Key Stage 1 (Kindergarten to Grade 3) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB), Pass or Failed Criterion.
